[W8MWA] Mason Dixon Special Event Problem

I just got word that the cabins are no longer available the weekend of 
Oct 6.  This means we need to either postpone the event or cancel it.  
We can do the event Oct 20 if we want but we need to let them know soon.
So the questions are:

Who would be available Oct 20?

Do we want to reschedule or cancel for this year?

Please let me know as soon as possible so we can let the park know.
