[W8MWA] Antenna Restrictions

Folks,

 

Have any of you been involved or someone you know from WV who have some
concern with homeowner organizations which may be considered unreasonable or
unnecessary private land use restrictions on residential antenna
installations?

 

If so, please notify me ASAP, as there is a Study ongoing related to Section
6414 of H.R. 3630, the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012,
and a response must be presented from ARRL within 180 days.

 

The Study want those individuals to provide explicit details with
homeowner's association rules, etc.    

 

I will need the individual's name, amateur call and email address so as to
provide additional information.

This is not intended to be a mass mailing process.
