HAM NATION is a weekly 1-hour video podcast of interest to hams and
wanna-be-hams.

You can see some of the past Ham Nation episodes on http://www.twit.tv/hn or
you can search
for "Ham Nation" at the iTunes Store. They're about 325 Mb for each hour
podcast.

Next week will be episode #40. They have a segment on a 12-year-old ham.

The main hosts are Bob Heil K9EID (Heil Sound), Gordo West WB6NOA (Gordon
West Radio School),
George Thomas W5JDX, (AmateurLogic.TV) and they have regular spots from
various other folks.
You can view the live podcast as it happens (which is what we're planning to
do) and while it is on,
you can check into a live chat room which is monitored by Cheryl K9BIK. She
often relays questions
or relevant comments from the chat room to the group.

They have regular news from Amateur Radio Newsline and show clips from
various hamfest visits
and interviews of interest to hams everywhere.

The podcast is great for newer hams, but veteran hams can enjoy it as well.
Recently Bob Heil has
talked about interfacing your radio to an audio mixer so you can use a high
quality microphone and
equalize the sound output to a nice sound system.
