All,

Attached is the latest weather briefing from PEMA. Although it looks like
Erie County will be spared significant icing however we all know that
forecast can change or be wrong altogether.

In an abundance of caution I would like all special team leaders to reach
out to their teams and:

1. Provide them with a heads up that there is a potential for freezing
rain in the region.

2. Please ask everyone to check both their family preparedness kits and
their CERT bags and/or other team equipment- radios especially.

3. Please reach out and see who will be available Monday night into
Tuesday for possible deployment in Erie county and also who is available for
deployment to our regional partners (specifically Warren and Forest Counties).

Please get back to me ASAP with availability via email.

Thanks and have a Happy New Year,

Dale
