[W3GV] Help Needed for Meadville Halloween Parade

John N3CUP from the Crawford Amateur Radio Society has asked hams from Erie County for a helping hand.  The CARS group needs a couple extra  
operators to help out with the communications for the Meadville 
Halloween Parade this Saturday at 4:30 pm. It is the biggest nighttime 
parade in the state. John said he will have more details as the week goes along. 

The meeting point is near the the Burger King in Downtown Meadville.  Talk in to the Specific Point will be on 145.13- (PL 186.2)
