[W3GV] Printing NOAA Charts

Hello everyone, Richard, N3BWG here :-)

Not really radio related, but perhaps someone can help with this:

It is possible to download directly from NOAA, Nautical Charts for
Lake Erie and Presque Isle, etc., these files provide full-resolution
raster and vector images of the actual Nautical Charts used by
Boaters, Sailors, etc.

My question is does anyone know if there is anyplace in town that
would be willing to print these images for a nominal charge?
Resolution is about 9900x9900 and smaller, color,
paper size is roughly 30x40 inches for some of these.

To order these from NOAA is $20/chart, which isn't too bad.
It would be useful to print a few out at a specific size in order to
practice on and to hang on a wall better.  That is why I'd need to
know if local printing of these is possible.

These Nautical Charts are stored as full-resolution PNG files.

Kinkos is too expensive already checked.
