[W2CRA] CRA: 147.375 issues

All -

I visited the control site this morning.  I noticed that the voter was 
constantly selecting site 6.  I'm not sure what receive location is site 
6 but I followed Bill's WB1GOT advice that it might be Bloomsbury.

I disconnected the receive antenna from the receiver marked "BLOOMS".  
This made no change in performance.  I plugged the antenna cable back in.

I then repeated this procedure, one by one, for all the other receivers 
with the same results.

I then went to the voter and simply disabled site 6.  This cleared up 
the condition.

I'll leave the rest for the tech team.
