147.375 issue

It appears that a local DMR hotspot is interfering with the Bloomsbury remote receiver link causing the repeater to be
keyed up on a frequent but irregular basis.

The tech team can temporarily address the issue once we get access to the control site and disable the Bloomsbury voter
channel and a permanent solution once we locate the hotspot and get the owner to change frequency.

In the interim please use 147.015 + DCS 411.  That's what it is there for - a backup to 375.

We will keep you all appraised of the situation via this mail list.
