[W2CRA] 2019 CRA Election Ballots

I mailed out the 2019 CRA election ballots yesterday.  They are to be 
returned by the April 12 meeting.

There is no name for Vice-President.  No one volunteered for that 
office.  Here is your chance to become a club officer.

If you want to run, or nominate someone, please fill in a name for 
Vice-President.

If your ballot is marked INACTIVE, it means you have not yet paid your 
dues for the year.  If you pay up at the April meeting, or enclose your 
dues with the returned ballot, your vote will be counted.
