All,
Speaking of Field Day, a visit was made to the trailer yesterday by
George, AC2NX, Len, K3SLJ and myself to clean up and sort out the "rats
nest" (turns out to be squirrels nest) :). We made pretty good progress
with weed whacking, carcass clearing and general clean up of the
interior of the trailer. We still have work to do, i.e. potentially
additional shelving, new rear door, but we identified most of the gear
earmarked for Field Day. Some of the items we took home for a thorough
cleaning. We were not able to find any banners, only some signs to be
used in the tents. Understand there was some question about banners
recently for the March of Dimes event. So are there banners that exist,
possibly in someone's basement? If not, I'd be happy to donate one to
the cause.
