[W2CRA] Field day preparations

Good afternoon all.

As we are hopefully putting our last preparations in order for field 
day, here ar a couple of things to consider.  This year, we are short a 
few of out major field day contributors.  Our major source for food 
donations AND our best Field Day planner will be absent. As a result, We 
will become an "autonomous collective" (bad Monty python reference).  
This means that we will all need to take charge and make decisions as we 
go.  The good news here is that Field Day should be very similar to the 
past few years.  Fe will follow as bets we can from Glenn's Big Book of 
Field Day.

Also, I believe we will be short of donated food.  I will bring some 
burgers,cheese and buns.  Maybe some water too.  If you would like to 
have something more to eat than this then please bring something that 
you can share with the group.  You can coordinate your offing with me.

If you have a cooler that you can bring, please do.  It would be 
additionally nice if you can have some ice in it too.  Having something 
to drink in it would be a huge bonus.  It sometimes gets really hot on 
field day.

I have 3 laptops that I will bring for logging.  two will be logging 
stations and the third will be a "server".  If you have a laptop that we 
can add to the network and load the logging software on it would be 
appreciated.  We need it to be windows XP, 7, or 8/8.1.

I normally work the overnight shift.  If somebody can be kind enough to 
show up early on Sunday morning with a Dunkin Donuts Box of Joe I will 
be forever in your gratitude.
