[W2CRA] 147.375 Public Service Event on Sunday June 9

Hello Cherryville!!
 
Wanted to make everyone aware that on Sunday, June 9 between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM, a group of amateurs from Delaware Valley Radio Association and David Sarnoff Radio Club will be supporting Organizational and Health & Welfare traffic for the American Diabetes Association Tour de Cur, a cross country bicycle event.  They have requested and been granted by the CRA Board the use of the 147.375 machine to handle coverage of the portion of the event that takes place in southern Hunterdon County.
 
During these hours on Sunday, please do not use the 147.375 machine unless you have a bonafide emergency.  Routine communications and QSOs should be handled using the 147.015 machine as your alternate, or if you have the equipment to make use of 224.12, or the 444.850 machines, please do so.
 
I appreciate your extension of courtesy to this organization and their public service event.
