[W2CRA] Email to ARES members

I sent out an email to all ARES members who were on the list..

I need to know who is available for deployment if we are needed,this 
info was requested by the NNJ SEC EC .... So far I have received no 
response's I had to email him and say we have at this time 0 operators 
for service .. If you will be avalible for deployment if we are called 
please eamail me ASAP so I can have a list,please include a good contact 
phone number in-case email is down. If by 4pm I have no response or very 
little I will have let the NNJ SEC know we will not be available and let 
the County know this also. As I said we have only 6 completed surveys 
for 2013 so not looking to good for the group. As I said even if you  
are on RACES,W2MCC or any other group we need a survey for our records 
and for the NNJ records, can be found at

So far the system is going as planed with the change over starting to 
occur in the south part of the county. As the day progress's the change 
over to all snow will occur with 1-2 inches and hour and wind gust up to 
35 mph. The ARES web site will be update at 4pm with the latest report 
from the NWS.

I do not expect a deployment but the NNJ SEC is getting info together so 
if any group does we are ready. I hope to have some response .
