Hello Cherryville!
 
Looks like we will be getting a pretty good winter storm tomorrow, and that the evening commute and road travel through the evening and overnight will be far from favorable.  Please stay informed about the weather tomorrow in your travels and use your best judgement regarding venturing out during the storm.
 
I and the Board members will be consulting tomorrow afternoon regarding whether to hold the meeting tomorrow evening.  If conditions warrant doing so, I will send out a notice through e-mail.  Please also monitor the 147.375 repeater as we will be transmitting meeting status there as well.
 
If the meeting does need to be cancelled/postponed, I will provide an update on club business that you need to know via e-mail.
