[W2CRA] Hunterdon ARES status at STANDING BY

The NNJ ARES Sectionwide Alert Status is now at STANDING BY.

Further increases in this level are now on a county by county basis.
 
If ARES and Cherryville called on, we will, in all likelihood be asked to help the Medical Reserve Corps, the Red Cross and the Hunterdon County Division of Health setting up any county shelters for people displaced by floodwaters.

As always - the 'strong suit' of amateur radio operators will be communications.
