Hello CRA members. Getting to be that time of the year again...ELECTIONS.  

 

We have a full slate of open offices for the club:

President, VicePres, Secretary, Treasurer, trustee 1,2 and 3. 

 

If you are interested in any position we need to know this ASAP. Following
the HAMFEST this effort will kick into high gear. The slate needs to be
presented to the membership, distributed and votes counted. As a respected
club member you have 2 responsibilities: inform us of your intentions for
accepting an executive office and have your dues paid up. Dues for 2012 are:
Single-$25.....Family-$35....Senior (>62)  $20.....

 

The election timeline is as follows:

gather member interests - thru 2/24

generate slate- thru 3/1

present slate to Board- 3/7

present to membership 3/9

mail slate to members- 3/12

total mailed election returns- 4/13

hold election/results- 4/13

 

The main take-away here is to GET INVOLVED with the BEST club in the region.
If an elected/exec position is not for you step up to chair or co-chair
committees for programs, hamfest, field day, public service, Technical,
ARES, RACES, education, swap/shop, Nets, hospitality, Xmas party,
recruiting.. If you still see nothing exciting then make a position. Talk to
a member of the Exec Board.
