[W2CRA] Packet software

Is there a Packet program that I can use to for just RX direct to my 
sound Card .( It is also hooked up that way for other tools like Audio 
enhancement ).. I have my Radio Direct to my PC line one . I Rx the ISS 
on 145.825 on its pass's and it is sending packet and I would like to Rx 
it... I have searched but being new to Packet it is like looking for a 
needle in a haystack  LOL  ..
