All,

The air conditioner in the .375 transmitter building is having problems: the fan 
isn't running - just hums.  I don't hear the compressor running either - it 
could have thermaled out.

It is IMPERATIVE that someone either arrange to repair (tear down, clean and 
re-lube bearings) or replace the unit on an ASAP basis.  Note: PROPERLY repair 
or replace with an EQUIVALENT unit; NO duct tape or jumper clips permitted!

This is an IMMEDIATE priority and I am busy with at least 3 other CRA related 
projects and don't have the time or inclination.  If the Henry melts down again 
it will be a  l o n g  time waiting for me to look at it.
