[W2CRA] Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot

Thanksgiving is less than two weeks away and with it is the Turkey Trot 
in downtown Flemington.  We will be supporting this event as the last 
public service event for the year.

I am looking for volunteers to man the waypoints along the route.  The 
particulars are:
When:  Thursday morning, 24 November 2011,  approx. 8:30 AM until 11:00 AM
Where:  Flemington NJ

The sponsors expect about 4,000 - 5,000 people to participate in the 5K 
run and 2 mile walk that is part of the event.
We stand/sit at waypoints along the route and report any people that 
need help.  The race/walk starts at 9:30 AM and is on the streets of 
Flemington within the city limits.

Note that we meet at Panera's on 202 in Flemington at 8:30 to get 
assignments and operating frequencies.  Our choices of frequencies are 
the 375 repeater, 147.540 simplex, and 015 repeater.  Make sure you have 
them in your HT or mobile.  There are about 8 waypoints that need manning.
