[W2CRA] Preparing for HAMFEST and "Club Table" sales

Once again we'll be offering W2CRA members space at the club table at our March 19 HAMFEST to sell off some of your "excess" equipment. 
 
As usual, I'll ask everyone with items for sale to prepare two 3X5 cards: 
one with (1) your callsign, (2) a short description of the item, and (3) the "asking price" (the one you hope to get) 
and the second with (1) your callsign, (2) a short description of the item, and (3) minimum price that you will accept. 
 
(I'll have cards available at the next club meeting on 3/11).
 
We'll tape the higher price card to your equipment as a price tag and hold the other, out of sight, so we know how much we can 'negotiate' on your behalf.
 
If we sell your item, we'll put the cash in an envelope with your callsign (and your cards) and hand it to you at the end of the hamfest.
 
When deciding how many items you want to sell - remember that you may be packing them up and carrying them home again.
