At the transmitter building
* Finish removing the wet cells from transmitter building
* Cleaning and painting the floor - includes total neutralizing of the spilled 
acid
* Construction and installation of new battery rack.
* Construction and installation of new 12V power system

Design, construction and installation of new control line interfaces.
Following design requirements I provide, design an interface between the 
controller and the 2 wire phone line and between the 2 wire phone line and the 
transmitter.
There will be 2 at each end, each on it's own phone line:
 - One for the main controller and one for the backup
 - One for the main transmitter and one for the backup
The interfaces at the controller end will pass the controller audio to the phone 
line with isolation from voltage surges and nearby lightning activity.  It will 
also take PTT from the controller and place it on the line with isolation from 
the audio, voltage surges and nearby lightning activity.
The interfaces at the transmitter end will take the audio from the telephone 
line and pass it to the transmitter with isolation from the PTT signal as well 
as from voltage surges and nearby lightning activity.  It will also recover the 
PTT signal and use it to key the transmitter with isolation from voltage surges 
and nearby lightning activity.
In other words: transformers for the audio and relays for the PTT.

Design and construction of transmitter interface.  Mostly connectors, switches 
and wiring.

Effect the new voter and controller.  Documentation, programming and wiring.

Refurbish control site receivers.  Remounting, wiring, controls, new channel 
elements, PL, Time out timers w/ indication.

Refurbish remote site packages.  Remounting, wiring, controls, new channel 
elements, PL, Time out timers w/ indication, link ID.
