All are invited to contact one of them, or myself, with thoughts, ideas or 
fears.

To re-state the high-level objectives:
* Goes with "us" everywhere - to "show our colors" and positively identify us to 
the public.
* Provides a safe and immediately available operating space.
* To be quickly deployable: does NOT need a truck to move.
* Normally contains ONLY that which is IMMEDIATELY required for deployment.
* May be used to transport BUT NOT STORE items that the club must move to and 
from club events: Field Day, Hamfest, Picnic.

It is NOT:
A storage space,
A "clubhouse"
A "loaner"
