Understood, but I don't think that is his question. It looks to me like
he's interested in a dialog about what benefits can be had by linking via
VoIP (as distinct from RF or hard wired links). I asked him if he had some
business interest in VoIP, he replied that he has none.
I wonder if he's aware of EchoLink.
