[W2CRA] 4th of July Parade

I have it from the mayor. Parade starts at 1 pm to accommodate Sunday worship. If you read it in the courier news or my Flemington.injersey.com site it's correct. I can't vouch for the other papers but I put it in the courier myself. I believe gathering at 11 am is correct and I know streets will shut to traffic at noon. 830 is way off for sure.
