[W2CRA] 4th of July Parade

Mike,

Please verify setup and parade run times. Local newspaper states that the 
parade lineup begins at 11AM, and the actual parade starts after that. 
Seems like it will run until 2PM or so.

At the moment I plan to show up as instructed for setup at 8:30AM, but 
that seems rather early in light of the newspaper article.
