I seem to have the task of updating the staff list (for the moment) so here goes -
The latest info I have is:

Table Sales: they will take reservations and forward then to the appropriate people.

Advertising: Contacts vendors, makes flyer, contacts QST, ARRL, Hudson Division Beacon, CD and forwards fliers to local clubs.
Walter WO2U / Nick N2NV
 
Door Sales: collects admission money and hands out admission tickets.
Mary KC2ISR / Tom AB2FG / Steve NK1W
 
Vendor Admission: Collects vendor admission door sales and assigns tables the day of the Hamfest.
Michael N1MNV / Tony W2HWW
 
Kitchen: Creates a menu, purchases food, schedules help and kitchen clean-up 
Joe KM2Y / Tom NU2W / ? / ? / ? / ?
He'll need a minimum of five more people or we'll be limited to coffee and doughnuts!

Security: controls vendor passage in and out of the building and makes sure only vendors are in the building during set-up.
Backup: Art Greenburg WA2LLN / Skip KC2TSE
This position requires a minimum of two people

Parking: Ensures vendors are directed to vendor parking and shoppers are directed to shoppers parking.
Skip KC2TSE / ? / ? - outdoors
Glenn AC2BH/ Ed KC2ISS – radio coordination.
This position requires three people.

Club Table: Collects ticket stubs, distributes door prizes, makes announcements, coordinates communications and sells club members items that arrive with proper documentation.
Walter WO2U / Bob KA2OEE / Taino N2DQL
Backup: Tom NU2W / Art Greenburg WA2LLN
Set-up and Tear Down: includes ALL CLUB MEMBERS!

Talk-in: provides directions to the buyers through-out the Hamfest.

VE Testing: Administers the Amateur License Tests
Roberto K2PA / Walter WO2U / Rich W2HN
Backup: Tom NU2W / Glenn AC2BH
An absolute minimum of three people are necessary to administer the tests.

Skywarn: Calls Mt. Holly NASA and schedules a speaker for the Hamfest and anything related to holding the class.
One to two people for this job.
