As of 2/18, my understanding of the volunteer roster for the Hamfest is as follows:

W2CRA HAMFEST (March 20)
North Hunterdon H.S.

Call-in frequency:                                      147.375+ (PL 151.4)
HAMFEST operations frequency:             147.015+ (PL 151.4)
On-Site SIMPLEX frequency:                  145.530

Table Sales: they will take reservations and forward then to the appropriate people.
Tony W2HWW / Roberto K2PA

Advertising: Contacts vendors, makes flyer, contacts QST, ARRL, Hudson Division Beacon, CD and forwards fliers to local clubs.
Walter WO2U / Nick N2NV

Door Sales: collects admission money and hands out admission tickets.
Mary KC2ISR / Tom AB2FG

Vendor Admission: Collects vendor admission door sales and assigns tables the day of the Hamfest.
Michael N1MNV / Tony W2HWW

Kitchen: Creates a menu, purchases food, schedules help and kitchen clean-up 
Joe KM2Y
He'll need a minimum of five more people or we'll be limited to coffee and doughnuts!

Security: controls vendor passage in and out of the building and makes sure only vendors are in the building during set-up.
This position requires a minimum of two people

Parking: Ensures vendors are directed to vendor parking and shoppers are directed to shoppers parking.
Glenn AC2BH / Ed KC2ISS – radio coordination.
This position requires three more people for the outdoor part of the operation.

Club Table: Collects ticket stubs, distributes door prizes, makes announcements, coordinates communications and sells club members items that arrive with proper documentation.
Walter WO2U / Bob KA2OEE / Taino N2DQL

Set-up and Tear Down: includes ALL CLUB MEMBERS!

Talk-in: provides directions to the buyers through-out the Hamfest.

VE Testing: Administers the Amateur License Tests

An absolute minimum of three people are necessary to administer the tests.

Skywarn: Calls Mt. Holly NASA and schedules a speaker for the Hamfest and anything related to holding the class.
One to two people needed for this job.

Yes, I know this is going to the list of people who already knows about the Hamfest. You are being sent this so you have all the pertinent information, but MORE IMPORTANTLY so that you know that we still need PLENTY OF VOLUNTEERS, and we really need MORE VENDORS. As you all know, this is the most important fund raising event for this club, and it's essential that it does well, especially after missing last year.

PLEASE FORWARD THIS MAIL to everyone you know that might be interested - hams or hobbyists that you think might be interested in attending, or even better, ANY vendor or store owner that you think MIGHT be interested in setting up a vendor table for the day and making a few extra bucks from the HUNDREDS of folks that will attend. That's electronics stores, ham stores, computer supply stores, or even any individual or group that would benefit from having that retail exposure! If it's something a ham might buy, let them know to come out to the Cherryville Hamfest and sell!

We've sent this to nearly 200 past and potential vendors, to hundreds of hams via internet mailing lists, to ham club around NJ and the tri-state area, and to every ham press outlet or magazine we could find. Now we're asking you to spread the word. Take a moment and forward the message below to every ham you know on your email list. It only takes a second, and it's now or never, friends!!
