Ladies and Gentlemen

As an organization we need to always be looking forward. Now is the time of
the year that we prepare for Thanksgiving and Halloween. It's a fairly quiet
time for the club with two note able exceptions; our club's holiday dinner
and the Hamfest.

One person has already offered to coordinate the holiday dinner, will talk
more about this at the meeting (this coming week).

Then there's the Hamfest, it's a very large event and we need you, all of
you to participate.

We need one or two people to coordinate the entire event and we need other
people to coordinate all the other things like; Table Sales, Advertising,
the Food Preparation, VE Testing, Skywarn, Security and the Club Table.

This, for now, is the only fund raiser we do all year. With your help we can
make this a banner year by starting early and being more prepared and
diverse then ever before.

Now is the time to step up!
