Ladies and Gentlemen

Last night, for the first time, I met with the Lebanon, 4th of July Parade
Committee.

Did you know that the parade has been going in Lebanon since 1875 and that
"The Cherryville Repeaters" have been supporting this parade since the
club's inception? (That's more then 20 years)

Charlie, WB2NQV has always coordinated or club's involvement so, for that
reason, I don't know all the details about what we've done over the years
but, I do have a much better idea now!

It's clear that they depend on us! It's clear that it will take a minimum of
16 people to cover this event.

What's not clear is will we have enough people attending to get the job
done?

They told me stories about how helpful the members have been over the years
and they've even asked for specific people to do certain jobs because
they've done the job so well in the passed like Randy at the Stewarts stand
and Bob at his intersection.

There will be a sign up sheet at Field Day, Roberto K2PA will be taking
names, please help?

All roads will close at 9:00 am but, to park you should consider being there
no later then 8:00am.

Ed, N3MSK I assume that you know all you need to know regarding the sound
system?

Many of you, I would write to or address personally but there is no longer
an accurate list of members to refer too.

Please Help, if there ever was a Cherryville Tradition, this is it!
