[W2CRA] More about Friday Night's Dinner

Greetings,
   Thank you to all of you who have been
responding to my email from yesterday. Especially
to those who are bringing a dessert. We still need
more of them to be sure we have enough.
   Very important: Remember this is a church, and
as such no alcoholic beverages are permitted. We
have sodas and coffee, tea, etc. available so
please, no BYOB.
   Again, the dinner is this Friday, January 9th,
and dinner will be at the regular meeting time,
7:30 pm. I know many indicated at last month's
meeting in the signup book that they were coming
or not. Whoever has the signup book could you
please email me a list of those who said they were
coming, and I'll add it to my list. If you haven't
signed up with anyone yet, please feel free to do
so to my email address, k2bc at embarqmail.com. If
you have questions, please let me know. Also
remember spouses and significant others are
encouraged to come with you! Hopefully Michael
will give me his list soon so we can determine the
total number of people coming. We really need to
know by Monday evening to be sure we have enough.
   I'm not "running" the entertainment part, but I
understand some are bringing some instruments on
which to perform. I will have the PA system there.
   It's looking like a lot of fun and good food.
