[W2CRA] W4H at the Hunterdon 4 H Fair - August 20-24 - PLEASE VOLUNTEER

Setup of our tent at the 4H Fair will be on Tuesday afternoon from around 5:00pm til whenever... It's, usually , a two-three hour task. I still need someone (or two) with a van/pickup/station wagon to help me move the tent and tables from the trailer to the fairgrounds.

I still don't know, specifically, where our tent will be since the fairgrounds have expanded - Just that we are 'across' from the Community Organization Tent. When you arrive to help, call in on the 147.375 repeater for directions, or go to the fair office, near the main gate, and they'll direct you.

If you haven't signed up for a, specific time to staff the club's tent yet, let me know when you would like to be there... We still need people for several of the 2-6pm shifts and the 10am - 2 pm shifts. There's always room for more operators on the 6-10 pm shift. Bring your own rig or sit at the boatanchor we'll be setting up for an hour or two...

If we don't get enough volunteers for our tent - this could be our last year at the fair!
