[W2CRA] CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR W4H AT THE COUNTY FAIR

AT THE 4H FAIR:

We are going to set up our tent across from the Community Services tent this year.

We will be setting up after 5:00pm Tuesday afternoon. I expect to be there between 4 & 5 with the club tent. I'll need some help getting the tables - so anyone with access to a pickup, station wagon, or van - please Email me with your availability.

I expect, we will be setting up our 10X20' tent with 3-5 tables and a few chairs. I have 6 poster displays to put up and will comit to being there every evening (Wednesday-Saturday) from 18:00 to 22:00 with an HF rig to make W4H contacts. If anyone else wants to bring a rig, I would be greatly relieved. If anyone wants to operate, they can use their rig or mine.

We still need:
August 19: 4-5 volunteers to set up on Tuesday evening
August 20: One person for 10-2; two people for 2-6; one person for 6-10
August 21: Two people for 10-2; one people for 2-6; one person for 6-10
August 22: Two people for 10-2; one people for 2-6; two people for 6-10
August 23: One people for 10-2; one people for 2-6; two people for 6-10
August 24: Two people for 10-2; 4-5 people for breakdown

This is a chance to introduce our hobby to the public and meet the other volunteer groups operating in the county. Don't let it get away!
