[W2CRA] New Power Supplies

Well . . .

They're in, hooked up and fairly closely set but I'll have to watch them over the next few days.

There are two changes that need to be made to the supplies: 1) Change the voltage trim pot from a 1 turn to a 10 turn control and 2) Add an LED that indicates that the power supply is "live".

The 10 turn pot is needed because the internal adjustment is very touchy. In normal use, it would be just fine but in our application I need to be able to reliably adjust the PS output voltage to within 3/100 of a volt and the single turn pot is just way too touchy.

The "Active" LED is needed because there is absolutely no external indication that the supply is alive. I LIKE to see positive confirmation of correct operation.

As measured late this afternoon, the float voltage is ~13.17 volts and under load the plant holds steady at 12.9 Volts at 65A.

Once I get the above changes made I can move the supplies and shelf to the top of the rack.
