[W2CRA] New Power Supplies

As of 5 PM this afternoon (Saturday), both of the new power supplies are mounted to the new rack shelf and one is currently online with the old Astron backing it up.

When I left, the battery bank was floating at 13.17 volts and dropped to 12.89 under load.

In the meantime, I need to find one wayward output terminal screw from the second power supply.  

Assuming that the missing screw dropped out sometime after we received it and that I can find it, I'll recheck the float voltage tomorrow and bring the second new supply online and switch the Astron off.

If the screw joind the "Land of the Lost", I'll get a replacement sent Monday.
