[W2CRA] RE: 4H Set Up Help needed

Set up for the 4H fair is Tuesday afternoon.  Club members are needed to help in set up the tent and the telescoping mast and G5RV antenna.  We also need people to man the booth during the Fair.  The Fair starts Wednesday at 10:00 am and it needs to be staffed all day (not the same person all day, but some one needs to be in the tent at all times Wednesday until 10:00 PM.) On Sunday, we need folks in the tent from 10 AM until 6 PM.  And we need help Sunday around Six PM to tear down the Tent and Antenna and put it back in the trailer.  Set up will require about 8 people and tear down at least eight people.  

If possible, let me know when you can man the booth, and if you can bring any equipment.  We don't have any storage facilities at the fair grounds, so we need equipment each day as well.  

Please get back to me with your availability for manning the booth and if you are planning on bringing equipment.  I will not be able to man the booth each day, so every one needs to participate if this is to be successful.  Remember that the club voted to have a booth at the Fair.  These hours count for public service as well. The plan would be to demonstrate ham radio to the public and to enable folks to make a QSO if possible.  This is kind of like coaching the GOTA tent at Field day.
