[W2CRA] Cherryville Hamfest is NEXT Friday/Saturday, and we need YOU!!

Cherryville Hamfest is barely a week away!

Setup is officially set with North Hunterdon High School for 4 PM on 
Friday March 11th, so anybody who can come out to help set  up tables 
and everything else, we really can use your help! And don't forget, the 
March meeting is being held AT setup, at about 6 pm.

Breakdown will be on Saturday March 12 starting around 12 Noon, 
depending on business. The tables have to be cleared out for pick up no 
later than 2 pm, so anybody that can come between Noon until 2 pm are 
also urged to come out!

Anyone else who can put in at least some time on Saturday, we can 
always use extra hands and relief workers. If you can make the whole 
day, great, if you can only make a few hours, that's great too!

Setup on Saturday March 12, actual Hamfest day will be at 5 am, vendors 
will start arriving at 6 am (and will be looking for help unloading!).

Doors actually open for business at 8 am, until approximately Noon 
depending on how much business we get. Tell your friends to look at our 
ad on the inside front cover of the Hunterdon Observor that probably 
made your mailbox yesterday!

you can show up at all and we'll see you all this weekend!
