[W2CRA] Transmitter Maintenance

Ladies and Gentlemen

Hunterdon County Representatives have expressed their dissatisfaction 
with the condition of their building where our club has the Transmitter 
(147.375)
They want it cleaned up and made to look more professionally installed 
and maintained.

It's not fair to expect Ed, N3MSK to be responsible for basic house 
keeping and maintaining our equipment.

I want three volunteers to meet me Saturday 1/29/05 @ 13:00 hrs (weather 
permitting) with work gloves, brooms and Dust Pans, to clean out the 
Transmitter Room at the County EOC.  It should only take one or two 
hours to dispose of the junk and sweep out the room (the county will let 
us use their dumpster).

I will find out from Ed what's a keeper and what's junk

There was also mention of Grounding Requirements which I'm not clear on 
but, that's for the technical committee.

PS: right now the technical committee is one person, isn't there at 
least one other person among us who has some technical knowledge and can 
help?
