The Ham Fest is over now it is time to look real hard at field day.
How many modes, how many transmitters?
how many antennas and towers.
What about a schedule for who want to operate and when and what mode or
band?

And as this is my first year trying to do this what else have I forgotten.

The next thing that I need to know is who as equipment that we can use.
We will need radio equipment and computers for each station as well as
shelter.
Now who has what and what are they willing to allow us to use.
