[W2CRA] VE session

We had another successful VE session last evening, the first at the Red
Cross headquarters in Flemington. From the session comes the following
stats:

There were 7 candidates
   From the seven, we have 2 upgrades to General, 1 new Technician, 1
upgrade to Tech + HF, and one upgrade to Extra. One CSCE for element 3
issued. We'll attach names to those when the results are official. The
package is going out this afternoon, so hopefully the results will be issued
by the FCC by the end of next week. Congratulations to all who passed the
exams, and many thanks to the instructors who taught them well!
