“Disaster Behavioral Health Overview” 

The Bristol Norfolk Medical Reserve Corps, Inc. is sponsoring “Disaster Behavioral Health Overview” presented by Lisa Kaufman, Public Health Emergency Planner.  
"Disaster Behavioral Health Overview" is being offered for MRC volunteers, CERT volunteers and the general public.  During this program, individuals will learn the definitions of disaster and disaster behavioral health; learn, understand and practice the concept of self-care and how to address/respond to the general mental health needs of individuals who have been involved in any all hazards situation [ man made, natural, biological, etc.] or when more in depth intervention is required.
 This education program is on Thursday, June 14, 2018, from 6:00 pm -8:00 pm at the South Attleboro Fire Station Training Room, 1476 West Street, Attleboro, MA 02703.
