If you are interested in seeing the ISS at a more reasonable time in the evening, the pass schedule has shifted somewhat and the ISS is visible in the mid to late evening hours with some very good reflectivity numbers!
Weather permitting of course..
Check out the Heavens - Above dot Com website for more info. You can also setup your personal observer locations, get a list of visible passes, or check out passes of your favorite amateur or other satellite.
