OK this is the final email on this subject

Due to severe time constraints, the inability to rebook the bands and the fact that this is also 
Tall Ships weekend, the new committee has decided to cancel the Event for this year and to get 
An earlier better start for next year.

I think it would be best if we concentrate on Field Day and supporting the N.A.F.D. Kids Day event in July
