Good afternoon everyone.  I wanted to get this email out sooner but I have been busy lately and I was hoping to have more information before I sent it out but I will do the best I can with what I have and update as I get more information.   As part of our event we sponsor a road race every year.  In the past the road race has been in the Falls as our event has been held at Mason field.  Two years ago we moved the event up to the middle school high school complex but the road race remained in the Falls leaving some disconnect between the event and the road race.  This year we have a new race director and to hopefully help spark more interest in the road race and the event he has moved the race to start and finish at the high school on the track.
As far as I know the course for the race is as follows: start on the track exit through the parking lot down Wilson Whitty way to Landry Avenue, right on Landry Avenue, right 12 John dietsch Boulevard Industrial Park, at the four-way intersection right on John dietsch Boulevard follow John dietsch Boulevard as it curves to the left, right onto Town Street, right onto Stoddard Dr. And follow starter drive back to the rear of the track and follow the track around to the start-finish line.
I would like to have 7 people at the bare minimum, one at the start/finish line, 1 each at Key turns and one as a shadow of the race director.
Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., I would like to have people there no later than 6:45 a.m. to assist with parking.  I believe there are multiple kids races that begin at 9 a.m. that will take place around the high school/middle school complex.  I believe the adult race will start somewhere between 10 and 10:30 a.m. with the goal of the race being completed around noon time when the fair opens.  I hope to have CERT  team members assigned to parking arriving around 11 a.m. however due to the high traffic volume event volunteers event patrons and race participants I would like it if the first two or three course personnel could come back and assist with traffic and parking.
If you could get back to me at your earliest convenience with your availability, that would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you very much in advance and I look forward to working with you on Sunday July 10th.
Sincerely
Scott Bumpus, N1SEC Committee Member North Attleboro firefighters Kids Day Association
