To everyone that helped out, a huge Thank you from Chief Schleicher and myself for a job well done
While the Parking lots didn't seem as full as last year, there certainly were a lot more people than last year.
This means more off site parkers and the potential for more pedestrian street crossings.

I think our strategy of splitting the event into Sectors went very well, spread the work load and made for less stress and walking
I would like to Thank Kris Macjieko Staff Ops Officer for the hours he put in Saturday morning setting everything up before he had
to go to work
A Big Thank you Michael Lawler for his usually thorough job as Operations Officer setting up the power Plant, Light Towers
and seeing that power was distributed where it was needed. He also handled all the Logistics requests during the night.
Rick Sitte as "B" Sector Ops kept control of the front gate and the Vendor Parking. Thanks also to Patrick Goodman, Ernie Klaiwater
and John McDowell.
The ICP was led by Laurel Curran, assisted by Nick Rondeau (Seekonk EMA), Gail Clapp (Taunton EMA),and Brenda Desmaris.
The Field Sector was led by Drew Myers assisted with lighting and contro by Paula Dionne (Rehoboth EMA), Roger Desmaris and Chris Demaris. Thanks go to all of you
The HAY School Parking was headed up by Lee Berman (Wrentham EMA), assisted by Nick Guarda (Taunton EMA) Thank you
The HS Parking Sector was led by John Silva with assistance from members of the Sturdy Mem. Hospital ARES Team. Gary Powers,
John Benson, Don Veale and Rick Crowley. Thank you for another great job.

It was a fairly quiet night with only one EMS Call for a black eye, one band aid, 3 lost kids and one drunk to deal with. Thank you
John Silva for your patience in dealing with "Sam"

I would ask everyone while it is fresh in your mind, please send me your notes for an "After Action Report". What worked, What didn't
and any suggestions you may have to improve things for next year

I wonder if you noticed the Drone up in the sky Saturday night. Advanced Dental Clinic which is located on the street in front of the HS Parking lot had it up shooting video of the event. You can see it on You Tube at
http://youtu.be/rZxPIqKUTEQ

Again, Thank you for all you do, I look forward to seeing your suggestions
