The New England Convention, better known as “Boxboro”, is only twomonths away.   The festivities take place on August 21 – 23, 2015, atthe Holiday Inn, Boxborough, MA, a venue that is familiar to most of usas the home of the New England Convention for well over 30 years.  Thisyear’s program is as rich as ever.  Some of the highlights:FridaySpecial “course length” free programs during the day, including amorning session “Ham Instructor Academy” with Gordon West, WB6NOA,and  Skywarn training session with Rob Macedo, KD1CY.In the evening, the DXCC dinner takes place with keynote speaker JeffJolie, NM1Y, giving a presentation on the recent Navassa DXpedition. Social hour at 6, dinner at 7SaturdayFlea market entry for sellers starts at 7AM.  The show, lectures, andflea market start at 9AM.  In addition to the usual lectures andseminars, there is a free one day Technician license course, so bringany ham hopefuls along.   In the evening is the banquet with keynotespeaker Gordon West.  Social hour at 6, dinner at 7.  Club tables for 8are available at a discount.Sunday The Convention and flea market open at 9 and continue until 2.
