Hello all, yes it is your activities director here.

We will be holding an amateur radio demonstration this Wednesday August 6th
2003. We will be focusing on ARES/Skywarn uses, and how the Sturdy Memorial
Hospital Amateur Radio Club falls into play there.

Marty our Vice President (KB1DRL) has genoursley offered the use of his
radio's, I believe that covers the voice, and digital modes. I was also
looking for some SSTV, if anyone so desires to come up with that equipment,
I think that would add to the demo.

I have the club canopy, I will need a table and some brochures of
ARES/Skywarn if available.

The market goes between 4:30 and 8:30 PM, I would like to have a few
volunteers willing to put time in, besides myself and Marty. We will be
located at Park and Bank street, and I am asking for people to meet about
4:15 to start setting up. Please e-mail me if you can help out in anyway.
