[W1SMH] Access to 147.195 repeater

As you might have noticed, the 147.195 repeater has been unaccessible for the past few days.  Part of that time the repeater was offline but since Sunday it has been running but requiring a new tone for access.  The repeater now requires a tone of 127.3 Hz to access it.  If your radio is still configured to transmit a 100 Hz tone you won't be able to use the repeater.  It's also transmitting a 127.3 Hz tone but my recommendation is to NOT configure your radios for tone squelch or PL receive.  At time time I am not certain we will permanently use this tone but a 100 Hz tone will not be used once the repeater is functioning normally.

Please do not provide this information to anyone who maintains repeater listings as it is subject to change.
