Joe, I thank you for the interpretation for what you bring forth. =
However, what Dan (N1ND) sent you is again an interpretation which =
should have been spelled out better in the 2002 FD Rules. No where in =
the rules does it say, a seasoned operator " wouldn't fit the bill".

It does have limitations to Q's though, any single operator can make 100 =
at a time.

And to the general membership, I would say yes go ahead with the =
station. And it would be a most opportune time, for our club to find =
those past and present club members who have been inactive and =
reintroduce them to our hobby. Also to publicly show our hobby to =
others.

It is in my personal opinion folks, that we are getting to hung up on =
technicalities. Lets go with the flow, we will never know unless we try.
