Sorry my friend, but you are mistaken.

Rolf Harris did the song "Tie Me Kangaroo Down", but the song you are 
quoting lyrics from is by Charlie Drake and is titled "My Boomerang Won't 
Come Back".

I just played the USA release, the original 45 rpm single, and it definitely 
says "black in the face".
