I'll take your word for it Duane, no measurements needed. I will certainly give speed wire a try.  Though I feel compelled to say, when I play records on my system, the smile comes to my face instantly, and I am able to easily forget about equipment and think only of music. Do I sound like someone who needs a cable upgrade? <grin>
